Patrece proved this punk was lying on multiple occasions- with his own words and with repeated questions asked in rapid fire direct ways, the boy had to admit he said something earlier that he "couldnt remember now", etc.-- the boy was allowed to be a smartass on several occasions, but I am agreeing with an earlier email that the judge allowed this to go on so the jury would get a good idea of this witness's '"character" and thus be able to determine his reliability or lack of same....Patrece made many good points and showed this brat for what he is, a cocaine and marijuana abuser who keeps getting kicked out of every home he goes to live in due to drug use, belligerance, etc., a marijuana smoker who was encouraging Daniel to plant marijuana plants behind the house, an 18 year old school drop-out with no job who became best friends with an at-that-time 14 year old boy, an 18 year old legal adult who wanted to remain in the youth group where he was the oldest male attending youth group meetings at their church rather than move on up to the adult group-- in addition to this, this boy was proven to have changed his story, embellishing the "excitement" every time he spoke to the police and every subsequent time he was interviewed by the newspaper or television reporters.....for any of you who have any doubts about Patrece's abilities-- this especially goes for you, Mizz Lawyerperson Constance-- I was there in court in Pensacola on the 3rd of March- This lady lawyer, Patrece, is very very very good at this--- extremely sharp, extremely well-prepared, and she has kicked major butt, destroying the credibilty of homicide investigators, crime scene investigators, Jack Carter's lying live-in slut, other character witnesses, etc. and she is humbling Rimmer-- If Derek and Alex King had had Patrece as their defense attorney, they wouldnt have been sold down the Styx River as they were, she would have fought like a lioness for them just like she is doing for Daniel now--- and she is WINNING.....

Patrece showed this boy in the eyes of the court and the jury to be an immature, attention seeking, lying-to-make-himself-look-more-important very unreliable witness, and when she recalls him for the defense's case, I'm positive she will utterly destroy any weak credibilty he may or may not have managed to hold onto after her dissection of him on Wednesday-- I only wish I could be there to see it in person---
