Arrest date 8/6/02

The trial was originally set for 10/15/02

The defense asked for a competency evaluation on 8/9/02 and again on 8/14/02.

8/14/02. A discovery exhibit (prosecution) was filed 4 days before the original trial date.

When the trial date rolled around they reset the trial date for 4/7/2003 (no reason given).

On 2/19/03 a recusal order was filed removing Bell and putting in Terrell

RESET FOR JURY TRIAL: 3/24/2003 .

On 3/11/03 the trial date was again reset for 5/19/2003. 

The prosecution and defense kept filing amended discovery

Then on 4/22/03 the trial date was   RESET FOR JURY TRIAL: 7/14/2003.

They are now up to their 8th amended discovery as of 5/8/03.
