"Rimmer has shown a complete lack of ethical boundries
when he placed Alex King on a witness stand during the Chavis trial shackled in
handcuffs (obviously to kill any credibility the boy had and to humiliate the
child) . . He did not do this with the brother (at least not the handcuffs)
because Derek did not offer testimony that was nearly as damaging to Chavis.
Rimmer is clearly guilty of state sanctioned child abuse. He should not be
prosecuting Chavis on the molestation charges, because he has shown NO regard
whatsoever for the victim of that crime, Alex King, and in fact has abused the
boy himself. Rimmer has no place in a courtroom and particularly not in the
courtroom during the second Chavis trial."
"Don't forget that it was
Rimmer that humiliated and abused a little boy on a big witness stand. This was
HIS decision, not Golden's. The man clearly does not care if these boys live,
die, are 'raped' in prison, or come out of prison as hollow shells of their
former selves. Alex King was made to give humiliating and degrading testimony
regarding his 'love' for Chavis, including acknowleging private notes he wrote
in which this 12 year old boy indicated he was 'gay'. He was forced to give this
testimony in OPEN court, rather than in closed session, and before a multitude
of television viewers. He was forced to give this humilating testimony wearing a
prison uniform, instead of street clothes. He was forced to give this testimony
while shackled in handcuffs. All of this done to damage his credibility before
the jury, despite being produced as a prosecution witness. The prosecutor's job
was to present a witness in the most credible light, not to traumatize and
humiliate that witness, a victim of the defendant. I don't care what his record
was prior to this case. THAT SINGLE ACT OF CRUELTY he inflicted on Alex King
during the Chavis trial was prosecutorial misconduct to the nth degree. In my
mind he rates no higher than Chavis in the animal world, as he used his power
and authority to intentionally hurt and humilate a boy and (if that boy ends up
in an 'adult' OR juvenile facility) sealed his fate with the inmates there. Alex
King is a marked child and Rimmer marked him."
